Mini Tennis Program
Group training which includes fitness, co-ordination & improvement drill techniques, Evaluation after one month
Advanced Beginners Program
Group training includes – fitness drills and co-ordination drills, Speed group training with senior coach twice a week, Evaluation – 15 days
Intermediate Players Program
Group training daily for 1 hour, Group fitness daily – 20 minutes, Evaluation after 15 days, Matches after 15 days on weekdays/ Sunday
Tournament Player’s Program
Group training – 2 & 1/2 hour training All day including 1/2 hour Fitness Training, Technical corrections with senior coach twice a week – one to one, Evaluation of performance after 15 days
Weekend Program for Adults/Members
Group training daily for 1 hour, Group fitness daily – 30 minutes
Weekend Program for Ladies
Group training daily for 1 hour,Group fitness daily– 30 minutes
Intensive Training Program
Group training for 2 hours in morning and 1 hour in the evening, Group fitness training for 1 hour daily, Technical correction with head coach twice a week individually, Evaluation of performance every 15 days
Weekend Program For Kids
Group training daily for 1 hour, Group fitness daily - 30 minutes, Evaluation of performance every 15 days
Weekend Intensive Program
